THINGS TO REMEMBER IN A YOGA CLASS
 
1.  Breathe through the nostrils.
 
2.  Exhale and relax into a stretch.  Never try to force yourself into a posture.
 
3.  Keep breathing soft and even, particularly when holding a pose.
 
4.  Work in bare feet and on a mat to avoid slipping.
 
5.  Tell the teacher of any medical problems on the enrolment form.
 
6.  Tell the teacher if you need a modification or just rest.
 
7.  LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
